طراحی مدل مدرسه پایدار مبتنی بر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم در دوره ابتدایی نظام آموزشی ایران

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، طراحی و اعتباریابی یک مدل مفهومی برای استقرار مدرسه پایدار مبتنی بر الزامات و ظرفیتهای انقلاب صنعتی چهارم در دوره ابتدایی نظام آموزشی ایران است.
روششناسی: پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی متوالی انجام شد که در مرحله نخست از نظریه دادهبنیاد با رهیافت نظاممند کوربین و اشتراوس و در مرحله دوم از تکنیک دلفی استفاده گردید. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با 21 خبره دانشگاهی و سازمانی گردآوری و با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. در مرحله اعتباریابی، 16 خبره با سابقه مدیریتی و آموزشی بیش از 25 سال طی سه دور دلفی به ارزیابی مؤلفههای استخراجشده پرداختند. روایی از طریق بازبینی خبرگان و پایایی با آزمون مجدد تأیید شد.
یافتهها: نتایج منجر به تدوین یک مدل پارادایمی شامل 11 طبقه اصلی، 27 مقوله فرعی و 119 شاخص شد که در قالب شش بُعد شرایط علّی، زمینهای، مداخلهای، پدیده محوری، راهبردها و پیامدها سازماندهی گردید. ضرایب هماهنگی کندال در دور نهایی دلفی (بیش از 0.85) حاکی از اجماع بالای خبرگان بر اعتبار مؤلفههای مدل بود. مؤلفههای زیرساختهای سایبری–فیزیکی، توسعه حرفهای معلمان و بهبود کیفیت آموزش بالاترین اولویت را کسب کردند.
نتیجهگیری: مدل پیشنهادی چارچوبی منسجم برای سیاستگذاری و برنامهریزی مدرسه پایدار در دوره ابتدایی فراهم میکند و میتواند بهعنوان نقشه راه تحول دیجیتال، ارتقای پایداری آموزشی و همراستاسازی نظام آموزش ابتدایی با انقلاب صنعتی چهارم مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
