طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی مفهومی «مدارس زندگی» در نظام آموزشوپرورش: یک پژوهش آمیخته

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی مفهومی «مدارس زندگی» در نظام آموزشوپرورش ایران و تعیین ابعاد و مؤلفههای تشکیلدهنده آن انجام شد.
روششناسی: این پژوهش کاربردی با طرح آمیخته اکتشافی متوالی کیفی–کمی انجام شد. در مرحله کیفی، 20 نفر از متخصصان علوم تربیتی، برنامهریزی درسی، مدیریت آموزشی و روانشناسی تربیتی و نیز مدیران، معاونان و معلمان باتجربه مدارس شهر کرمانشاه با نمونهگیری هدفمند و حداکثر تنوع انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری و با تحلیل مضمون در MAXQDA تحلیل شدند. بر پایه نتایج کیفی، پرسشنامهای پژوهشگرساخته تدوین و روایی محتوایی آن با CVR و CVI ارزیابی شد. در مرحله کمی، 384 نفر با نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند که دادههای 371 نفر قابل تحلیل بود. اعتبار سازه با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی بررسی شد.
یافتهها: تحلیل مضمون به استخراج هشت بعد و 24 مؤلفه منجر شد. تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، ساختار هشتعاملی و 52 گویهای الگو را تأیید کرد و بارهای عاملی در دامنه 0.57 تا 0.86 قرار گرفت. شاخصهای برازش مدل شامل χ²/df=2.41، CFI=0.93، TLI=0.92، RMSEA=0.062 و SRMR=0.057 بود که برازش مطلوب مدل را نشان داد. ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ بین 0.82 تا 0.91، پایایی ترکیبی بین 0.87 تا 0.93 و AVE بین 0.53 تا 0.65 قرار داشت و پایایی و روایی همگرای تمامی سازهها تأیید شد. ابعاد نهایی شامل یادگیری زندگیمحور، برنامه درسی زندگیمحور، رشد همهجانبه، عاملیت دانشآموز، فرهنگ و محیط مدرسه، رهبری و مدیریت، خانواده و جامعه و فناوری و نوآوری بودند.
نتیجهگیری: الگوی اعتبارسنجیشده مدارس زندگی، چارچوبی جامع و چندبعدی برای تحول مدرسه از محیطی آموزشمحور به بستری برای یادگیری معنادار، رشد همهجانبه، عاملیت دانشآموز و تعامل مؤثر مدرسه، خانواده و جامعه فراهم میکند و میتواند مبنایی برای سیاستگذاری، ارزیابی و برنامهریزی بهبود مدارس باشد.
