تأثیر دلبستگی به گوشی هوشمند و فومو بر حمایت اجتماعی در ایران: مطالعهای بیننسلی در دانشگاه علم و فرهنگ

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی تفاوتهای بیننسلی در ساختار حمایت اجتماعی درکشده و تبیین نقش دلبستگی به گوشی هوشمند و فومو در این تفاوتها است.
روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد آمیخته همگرا انجام شد. در بخش کمی، 384 نفر از نسلهای آلفا، زد، وای و ایکس دانشگاه علم و فرهنگ با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب و با پرسشنامه شاخص شبکه اجتماعی لوبن دادهها گردآوری شد. در بخش کیفی، 29 مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته انجام و دادهها با تحلیل مضمون استقرایی تحلیل شدند. تحلیل کمی با نرمافزار SPSS و تحلیل کیفی با MAXQDA انجام گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس نشان داد که حمایت اجتماعی درکشده در ترکیب نسلی ایکس–وای بهطور معناداری بالاتر از ترکیب نسلی آلفا–زد است (p<0.05). این تفاوت عمدتاً ناشی از مؤلفه حمایت خانواده بود، در حالیکه تفاوت معناداری در حمایت دوستان مشاهده نشد. یافتههای کیفی نشان دادند که تجربه فومو صرفاً در میان برخی از افراد نسلهای جوانتر گزارش شده و اغلب با سطح متوسط حمایت اجتماعی همراه است.
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها حاکی از تغییر در ساختار ارتباطات خانوادگی نسلهای جوانتر در بستر استفاده از گوشی هوشمند است که میتواند به کاهش حمایت اجتماعی درکشده و افزایش احساس تنهایی بینجامد، در حالیکه همه اشکال وابستگی به گوشی را نمیتوان فومو تلقی کرد.
