تحلیل روایت‌شناسانه فرایند شکل‌گیری هویت اجتماعی دختران دانش‌آموز دوره متوسطه شهر کرمان

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، واکاوی فرایندهای شکل‌گیری هویت اجتماعی دختران دانش‌آموز دوره متوسطه شهر کرمان در بستر مدرسه و شناسایی عوامل توسعه‌دهنده و فرسایش‌دهنده هویت اجتماعی آنان بود.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا مبتنی بر روایت‌پژوهی کیفی با رویکرد توصیفی بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل دختران دانش‌آموز دوره متوسطه دوم شهر کرمان بود که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، 8 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دارای روایت‌های غنی انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه‌ساختاریافته طی یک ماه گردآوری شد. مدت زمان مصاحبه‌ها بین 35 تا 90 دقیقه متغیر بود و برخی مشارکت‌کنندگان بیش از یک بار مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون استقرایی بر اساس الگوی شش‌مرحله‌ای براون و کلارک و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Atlas.ti8 انجام شد. به منظور افزایش اعتبار یافته‌ها، مصاحبه‌های آزمایشی، بازبینی مشارکت‌کنندگان و نظارت پژوهشگران کیفی بر فرایند کدگذاری به کار گرفته شد.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که هویت اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان در دو بعد فردی و اجتماعی و از طریق هفت مقوله اصلی برساخته می‌شود. در بعد فردی، مقوله هویت شخصی شامل خصایص اکتسابی، برساخت الگوهای هویتی، کنش‌های هویت‌ساز و نمود هویت در ظاهر بود. در بعد اجتماعی، مقوله‌هایی نظیر شناسایی و همذات‌پنداری، تأثیرات اجتماعی، تعاملات اجتماعی، جو مدرسه، پنداره‌سازی و انگیزه‌های هویتی استخراج شد. نتایج نشان داد که کنش‌های هویت‌ساز، تعاملات مثبت، کاریزمای معلمان، استراتژی‌های تحرک فردی و انگیزه‌های هویتی موجب تقویت هویت اجتماعی می‌شوند؛ در مقابل، کلیشه‌سازی، فضای رقابتی مدرسه، آموزه‌های ایدئولوژیک، فرمالیسم ملال‌آور، کاهش فعالیت‌های اجتماعی و ضعف لیبرالیسم آموزشی از مهم‌ترین عوامل فرسایش هویت اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان بودند.

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مدرسه نقشی تعیین‌کننده در شکل‌گیری یا فرسایش هویت اجتماعی نوجوانان ایفا می‌کند. ایجاد فضای حمایتی و مشارکتی، توسعه فعالیت‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی، تقویت کار گروهی، کاهش رقابت‌های منفی و فراهم ساختن فرصت‌های گفت‌وگو و ابراز هویت می‌تواند به توسعه هویت اجتماعی و افزایش احساس تعلق دانش‌آموزان کمک کند. همچنین بازاندیشی در جو حاکم بر مدارس و توجه به تنوع فرهنگی و اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان می‌تواند از فرسایش هویت اجتماعی جلوگیری کرده و زمینه‌ساز سلامت روانی، انسجام اجتماعی و رشد اجتماعی نوجوانان شود.
