سایههای کودکی بر امنیت اجتماعی: مطالعهای بر نوجوانان با سابقه کار کودک

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی امنیت اجتماعی و مؤلفههای مرتبط با آن در نوجوانان دارای سابقه کار کودک و شناسایی روابط مستقیم و غیرمستقیم عوامل مرتبط با ناامنی اجتماعی در این گروه بود.
روششناسی: این پژوهش بنیادی با طرح چندروشی، پیمایشی-همبستگی مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و رویکرد علی-مقایسهای انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل نوجوانان 14 تا 20 ساله دارای سابقه کار کودک در شهر تهران بود که در فاصله بهار تا زمستان 1401 بررسی شدند. نمونهگیری به روش خوشهای چندمرحلهای انجام شد و پس از حذف پرسشنامههای ناقص، دادههای 267 نفر وارد تحلیل شدند. متغیرهای امنیت اجتماعی، بهزیستی اجتماعی، امنیت شغلی، سلامت عمومی، امنیت اقتصادی و امنیت روانی با استفاده از ابزارهای استاندارد و محققساخته معتبر سنجیده شدند. تحلیل دادهها با همبستگی پیرسون، بوتاسترپ برای آزمون میانجیگری، مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و آزمون t مستقل انجام گرفت.
یافتهها: امنیت اجتماعی با بهزیستی اجتماعی (r=0.289)، امنیت شغلی (r=0.391)، سلامت عمومی (r=0.297)، امنیت اقتصادی (r=0.398) و امنیت روانی (r=0.389) همبستگی مثبت و معنادار داشت (p<0.01). تحلیل بوتاسترپ نشان داد امنیت روانی در رابطه بهزیستی اجتماعی با امنیت اجتماعی نقش میانجی جزئی داشت؛ همچنین رابطه امنیت جانی و امنیت اجتماعی را بهطور جزئی میانجیگری کرد. در رابطه امنیت اقتصادی با امنیت اجتماعی، اثر غیرمستقیم از طریق امنیت روانی معنادار بود و اثر مستقیم معنادار نبود، که بیانگر میانجیگری تقریباً کامل است؛ در مقابل، در رابطه امنیت شغلی با امنیت اجتماعی، اثر مستقیم غالب بود. مدل اصلاحشده دارای CFI=0.927 و TLI=0.922 بود، هرچند RMSEA=0.119 نشاندهنده محدودیت برازش بود. آزمون t مستقل نیز تفاوت معنادار دختران و پسران را در همه متغیرها نشان داد (p<0.001)، بهطوریکه دختران از وضعیت نامطلوبتری برخوردار بودند.
نتیجهگیری: تجربه کار در کودکی با آسیبپذیری پایدار در ابعاد اجتماعی، روانی، اقتصادی و شغلی نوجوانان همراه است و امنیت روانی یکی از سازوکارهای مهمی است که بخشی از تأثیر سایر ابعاد امنیت، بهویژه امنیت اقتصادی، بر امنیت اجتماعی را انتقال میدهد؛ بنابراین مداخلات حمایتی برای نوجوانان دارای سابقه کار کودک باید بهصورت چندبعدی و با توجه ویژه به آسیبپذیری بیشتر دختران طراحی شوند.
