تحلیل تطبیقی مقولههای تعالی رفتارهای اجتماعی دانشآموزان با مبانی نظری

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین مقولهها و راهبردهای تعالی رفتارهای اجتماعی دانشآموزان و بررسی همسویی آنها با چارچوبهای نظری غالب در حوزههای روانشناسی و جامعهشناسی است.
روششناسی: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و بر اساس راهبرد نظریه دادهبنیاد و الگوی اشتراوس و کوربین انجام شد. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختارمند با ۱۸ نفر از خبرگان علوم رفتاری و علوم تربیتی گردآوری گردید و نمونهگیری تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی و با بهرهگیری از نرمافزار MAXQDA انجام شد و در نهایت مدل پارادایمی پژوهش استخراج گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل دادهها منجر به شناسایی مجموعهای منسجم از مقولههای علّی، زمینهای، مداخلهگر، راهبردی و پیامدی شد. در بعد راهبردها، پنج حوزه کلیدی شامل مدیریت درونی (مدیریت استرس)، حمایت بیرونی (خانواده و شبکه اجتماعی)، زیرساخت محیطی (فرهنگ و محیط مدرسه)، ابزار تعامل (رسانه و فناوری) و توانمندی فردی (مهارتهای اجتماعی) شناسایی گردید. تحلیل تطبیقی نشان داد این مقولهها از همسویی معناداری با نظریههای معتبر رفتار اجتماعی، یادگیری اجتماعی و رشد اجتماعی برخوردارند.
نتیجهگیری: مدل نهایی پژوهش، چارچوبی تصمیمساز برای سیاستگذاران و برنامهریزان آموزشی فراهم میکند که میتواند به ارتقای کیفیت تعاملات اجتماعی و نهادینهسازی رفتارهای اجتماعی متعالی در میان دانشآموزان منجر شود.
