Professional ethics is one of the categories that is of interest to researchers today and increases the trust of customers, employees, and other stakeholders of the organization. An environment that is based on ethical principles will increase job satisfaction and employee motivation. Employees will feel valued and respect human principles. Also, observing ethical principles and following laws and regulations can help reduce the risks of lawsuits and financial fines. Organizations that comply with laws will face fewer problems. Adherence to ethics and moral values is one of the most important factors in today's world in most organizations and is considered for the correct transfer of beliefs and customs, as well as values and behavior, knowledge, and attitudes to humans. Resources with the commitment and expertise needed by society. It should be noted that today, in the analysis of educational organizations, the study of ethics and moral values is considered. In the meantime, the important issue is that organizational leaders and managers must observe ethical principles in order to encourage employees and students to observe ethical principles. Management in the field of appropriate behavior, taking into account respect for ethics and values, as well as the rights and dignity of others, can be considered ethical leadership. The present study examines the results of articles and theoretical literature in the field of ethical leadership in two groups, domestic and foreign.
